Agreement

By accessing or using Esplorare Sens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Service is operated by Esplorare Atelier Pty Ltd, registered in Australia. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Subscriptions

Access to Esplorare Sens issues, the full archive, and subscriber-only features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered monthly or annually and billed in advance in AUD or USD as selected at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain full access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

Personal use

Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. Access credentials may not be shared. Each subscription covers one individual user. For team or organisational access, contact us at enquiries@esplorareworld.com.

Intellectual property

All content published in Esplorare Sens is the intellectual property of Esplorare Atelier Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission.

You may share brief excerpts (up to 150 words) with appropriate attribution and a link to the source. The sharing features built into the platform may be used freely for this purpose.

Referral programme — terms and conditions

The offer: When an active subscriber shares their unique referral link and a new subscriber completes a paid subscription through that link, both parties receive one free month.

Referee reward: The new subscriber receives their first month free, applied automatically at checkout as a 100% discount. Payment details are required at signup; the first charge occurs at the start of month two.

Referrer reward: The referring subscriber receives a credit equivalent to one month of their current plan (A$29 for AUD subscribers; US$25 for USD subscribers), applied automatically to their Stripe account balance and deducted from their next invoice.

Eligibility:

• The referrer must have an active subscription at the time the referee subscribes
• The referee must be a new subscriber who has not previously held an Esplorare Sens account
• Each referee email address may only be referred once
• Self-referral is not permitted and will be disqualified
• There is no limit on the number of referrals a subscriber may make

Currency: Credits are applied in the currency of the referrer's subscription. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Annual plans: Subscribers on annual plans receive the monthly equivalent credit (A$29 or US$25) applied to their next renewal invoice.

Expiry: Referral credits do not expire while your subscription remains active. Credits are forfeited if your subscription is cancelled before the credit is applied.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time and to disqualify referrals that appear fraudulent or in breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

• You may not share, resell, or redistribute subscription content without permission
• You may not attempt to circumvent access controls or subscription requirements
• You may not use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• You may not engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Service

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
