About Esplorare Sens

What is Esplorare Sens?

Sens is a monthly intelligence publication for independent boutique hotels, premium retreats, and luxury lodges. Each edition synthesises commercial strategy, design intelligence, consumer psychology, and forward signals from adjacent fields into a single coherent picture. It is written for operators, founders, investors, and designers making consequential decisions about premium accommodation properties.

Who writes Sens?

Sens is written and edited by the Esplorare team, drawing on proprietary research, industry data, and a network of sources across hospitality, design, finance, and consumer behaviour. We do not accept advertising or sponsored content. Our only obligation is to subscribers.

How often is it published?

One edition per month. Subscribers also receive occasional Dispatch essays between editions, shorter pieces on specific topics that cannot wait for the monthly cycle. Dispatch is free to read and share.

Can I read a sample before subscribing?

Yes. A full sample issue is available at esplorareworld.com/read, no account required. It is representative of the depth and format of every edition.

Subscriptions

What does a subscription include?

Full access to every issue published, including the complete archive. All four pillars every month: Commercial Intelligence, Design and Spatial Intelligence, Consumer Psychology, and The Forward Signal. Access to Moves, our senior appointment tracking. The ability to save highlights, add personal notes, and share excerpts from within the platform.

What are the subscription options?

Monthly at A$29 per month (or US$25), or annual at A$290 per year (or US$250), equivalent to two months free. Both plans include identical access. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time through your account page under Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain full access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. You can switch plans through the Manage Billing section of your account. Changes take effect at your next renewal date.

Can I share my subscription?

Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Each subscription covers one individual. If you are interested in team or organisational access, contact us at enquiries@esplorareworld.com.

I subscribed but have not received my login details. What should I do?

Your login credentials are sent immediately after payment is confirmed. Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, contact us at enquiries@esplorareworld.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Referral programme

How does the referral programme work?

Every subscriber has a unique referral link, available in their account page. Share that link with someone you think would benefit from Sens. When they subscribe through your link, you both receive one free month. Your credit is applied automatically to your next invoice. Their first month is free at checkout with no charge until month two.

Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?

No limit. Every person who subscribes through your link earns you another free month.

How much is the referral credit worth?

One month of your current plan. For AUD subscribers that is A$29. For USD subscribers that is US$25. The credit is applied in your subscription currency and deducted automatically from your next invoice.

When will I receive my referral credit?

As soon as the person you referred completes their subscription. You will receive a confirmation email and the credit will appear on your next invoice automatically.

Can I refer myself?

No. Self-referral is not permitted and will be disqualified. The programme is intended for genuine peer recommendations.

Do referral credits expire?

Referral credits do not expire while your subscription remains active. Credits are forfeited if you cancel your subscription before the credit is applied.

Platform features

How do I save a highlight or excerpt?

Select any text while reading an issue and a small toolbar will appear. Click Save to add it to your Saved Snippets, or Share to generate a shareable link. You can also use the bookmark button at the end of each section to save the full section.

Where do I find my saved highlights and notes?

In your Account page, under the Saved Snippets and My Notes tabs. You can search across all saved content and filter by content type.

Can I share content from Sens with others?

Yes. Select any text and use the Share button to generate a branded excerpt page that can be shared via email, messaging, or social media. Pull quotes and data points within issues also have individual share options.
